For those of you that are frustrated by how the transitions are glitchy and makes the phone feel like it is not running at 120hz.... Just turn off animations/transitions via Developers Settings.
It has helped me cope and focus on testing other things to help with beta.
Just a suggestion. I suspect that the transition issue will be resolved under the next beta release.
