The best indicator is when you're notified it's available ...

Me? That Notification is off - I simply check every other Tue, about mid-morning, and a second time in the evening.

Of course, one could sit back in the Members app, and wait for the plethora of "THE. UPDATE. IS. HERE, THE. UPDATE. IS HERE" posts 👍
