You acknowledge and agree that Samsung may collect, use, store, process, transfer to entrusted third parties and analyze your information including Model name, SKU, IMEI, Mobile Country Code, SW version, phone number, BT-ID, Samsung Account data, error log data, and user feedback, as necessary to provide, improve or enhance the Beta. The data may be collected under non Wi-Fi circumstances which may result in additional charges depending on your carrier payment plan. At all times your information will be treated in accordance with Samsungās Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at:account.samsung.com/membership/pp. The collection of your data is required in order to allow Samsung to gather feedback on the Beta prior to the launch of New Wear OS. If at any point you wish to opt out of providing your data in this way, you may do so by withdrawing your participation from the Program.
As part of the Program or otherwise, you may directly or indirectly provide comments, opinions, suggestions or proposals ("Feedback") to Samsung about the Beta or other software, hardware or systems. You will not be entitled to any payment in respect of any Feedback. You agree that Samsung shall be free to use any Feedback you provide for any purpose, including without limitation the development of software, hardware or systems or to apply for and register intellectual property rights. By providing the Feedback, you agree to license any and all intellectual property rights in the Feedback to Samsung to use for any purpose on a royalty free, irrevocable and worldwide basis. Nothing in this clause shall affect any statutory right you have.
