If you have a backup issue, this Samsung cloud update might fix the issue. To update this app,
1. Go to the place that you can download watch manager and SHealth (in Notices)
2. Tap either one of them
3. Scroll down and tap 'View beta apps'
4. There should be 'Samsung Cloud' showing up for update
I just realized that it's not the beta. It seems like I can't share the link of the beta app but the following the post still works.
