Wifi and Bluetooth Toggle

For those who might not know, you can still toggle wifi and Bluetooth immediately without having to open their respective menus.

Rather than tapping the big button in the quick settings menu, tap the actual icon that you'd normally find in quick settings and it will toggle it.
