For those having issues with swiping gestures feeling jittery if you're using the option to swipe from the bottom and sides you may want to switch to the other option that swipes only from the bottom. Its buttery smooth. Hope it helps. Both options worked as they should in beta 1. Beta 2 seems to have messed up that option a bit.
I beg to differ. Both options have the same animations. Only thing that's different is where you swipe from. Both should perform the same. As they did in Beta 1. The animation I'm talking about being choppy is when you're inside an app that's actually on your home screen. And you swipe to get to home screen.
The gestures have had a ton of poor optimization since they were introduced. Any 3rd party launcher when swiping up and holding is very delayed, and swiping into the task switcher in general is awful. Even with .5 animation speed set in dev options.
