Google Pay and Google Wallet don't allow NFC payments using rooted or beta OSs. My banking apps seem to work unlike in the early UI4.0 betas where banking was broken in some of the beta drops.

I just set up Samsung Pay as my default for contactless payments. I have done a couple of payments and it seems to work.
