app not work

I have beta 3 and i have problem with same app they dont work and they work if i do restat to the fhone

is the app installed on the phone or SD card, some apps are having problems running from the SD card

Some up I installed from Play Store when I need to open its not open but when I do to restart the phone it's open correctly I don't know why this is the 1st time I see this as not work this is happened when I installed the beta version
