I absolutely love having a Galaxy Watch8 to help take better care of my health. I use the sleep tracking, step counter, heart rate monitor and so much more. I even like to check my stress level periodically and if it's high I'll do some of the breathing exercises to calm myself down. That feature is especially useful as a mom during the holiday season!

I use my Galaxy Watch8 every day and I really like how lightweight it is. You almost do not feel it on your wrist, which makes it easy to wear all day and night.
What I notice the most is how clearly it shows what is going on with my body. If I am getting sick or not feeling well, I can already see changes in the Samsung Health app. My sleep is not as good, my energy score goes down, and even my stress level looks different.
I try to follow the suggestions from the health app as much as I can, and with time it helped me become an excellent sleeper.

I’ve been using my Galaxy Watch to track my sleep every night, and it’s becoming one of my favorite health habits. Seeing my sleep score and recovery trends helps me notice when I need to wind down earlier or manage stress better. It feels like a small win each day, and it really keeps me accountable.

That’s actually a really smart way to stay consistent with your water intake. I’ve been trying to hit a gallon a day, too, but I never thought to use my watch for tracking. Does the Galaxy Watch 8 give you reminders throughout the day, or do you log it manually? I feel like reminders would make it way easier to stay on track.

I use my watch every day, my favorite feature is tracking my daily view: I can see my step count, my active time, and my calories burned. I highly recommend adding this as a widget or your lock screen to be more consistentUPH4gcXlpj.jpg
