Does anyone know how to contact anyone at Samsung? I have an oven that burnt up some internal connectors when the cooling fan died, A bad ice maker, a washing machine that won't unlock and a dish washer that is posting error codes for leak sensor and a messed up TV. All of these appliances are 2 years old. I have $10,000 worth of stuff that has gone bad at 2 years! I have been trying for 6 hours now to get in contact with Samsung using the hotline, chat and Facebook. I am getting nowhere on chat they just open piles of tickets and give me the number.

It can't be concidence that they all failed at the same time. I would suspect a power surge (possibly due to a lightning strike) or an over voltage situation. I would reach out to your home owners insurance company to see how best to get this documented and a claim input to them.
