Didn't receive the Aqua Pebble part with my washer. Called Samsung Support 3 times....no luck. Contacted Best Buy, they could not find a part # for it. How do I use the upper washer without it? Anybody have this issue?

Dumb question I know, but can you confirm you have already checked in the accessory bag included with the washer?

Hi there - Same problem here. Flexwash delivered last Tuesday and no Aqua Pebble in sight. Didn't realize until I was reading throught the user manual. This must be a frequent occurrence for Samsung. Can you help? Would like to get one delivered asap. Thanks!
