Same here- No pod with the unit. Disappointing as I haven't used the top washer since purchase- which was a huge selling point for both washer and dryer. Cannot find a way to get one anywhere!
I did not recieve the Aqua Pebble either! This is ridiculous. I called Samsung and Home Depot and received no help. I am beyond frustrated and about to return our brand new top of the line washer and dryer. I would expect this from other brands, but not a top of the line product.

My Aqua Pebble arrived in the mail today. Thank you Samsung for resolving this matter. I can now officially say how pleased I am with the washing performance and capacity of the Flexwash and Flexdry. These are great products and my faith in Samsung Customer Service has been restored (even though is was a month awaiting resolution. I am now happy with the resolution.)
