I am beyond frustrated. I moved into a new house and there was a washer here already. Come to find out it is probably one of the models that got recalled. BUT the previous owners ripped off the stickers so I can't even be certain which model and serial number it is. The pulsator cap is missing. Part of the broken piece was stuck where it conncects to the agitator. I bought a brand new Samsung dryer to match it but now Samsung isn't even helping me because I don't have a serial number.
