First, I have to say that I am frustrated with the Smart Controls in general. My dryer seems to work well, but my washer jo so much. The washer goes offline after each use. Not off, offline. My dryer on the other hand, stays connected and just shows off when off. Second, the Smart Control Auto replenish does not work reliably at all for the washer. It actually deactivates itself from Amazon by itself. I know this because I get an email from Amazon telling me. The feature is supposed to keep track of how many pods have been used and then reorder when low. But it does not work if Smart Control is not on. If my wife forgets to enable for a wash, it does not decrement. How is this a "smart" feature at all??? Why does it keep deactivating? And how exactly is this supposed to work?
