We are longtime users and big fans of Samsung washers and dryers. Just received the Smartdial Flex washer and dryer set -- very nice. However, the smart dial takes some spinning to scroll through the many options and the unit emits a beep as the display changes from one setting to the next. Likewise, the buttons to the right of the dial emit a beep whenever they are pressed.
The music that plays at the end of the cycle can be disabled, HOWEVER, it seems there is no way to disable the beeping sound with each keypress or turn of the Smart Dial.
Would it be possible to add a feature in a future firmware release to enable disabling of the dial turn and key press beeps? An internet search confirmed that many Samsung customers would like to be able to disable the beeps. Thank you.
