Just bought this machine and I can't find any prewash cycles, tried to chat with Samsung support and get them to take a feature request and they suggested me to buy a new machine that would already have this feature... not the smartest answer I was expecting...
Since this machine is controlled by an android tablet, this would be only a few lines of code to add a prewash option for any cycles, if Samsung is reading on this forum, would you consider it? My wife would be happy š
