Can't add Installation after order is places ?

I placed an order for Washer and trying to add installation and haul away for extra cost, no agent is able to help me on that ?

Nether Chat nor call ? 

perhaps chat agents are suggesting to cancel and  reorder

If the order was placed directly from Samsung.com I would recommend reaching out to our E-Commerce Department by calling 1-855-726-8721. If the order was placed through Home Depot, Lowes, etc, you would have to reach out to them directly.
