Hi! I'm trying to troubleshoot what may be wrong with my dryer. The dryer won't tumble and after about a minute of being on a burning smell starts to arise. The timer continues to count down anyways.

When the problem first started, the dryer was tumbling but a very loud noise was present the entire duration of the drying cycle. The next time I used it, the dryer didn't want to tumble at all.

After looking online at what may be the issue, I kind of narrowed it down to the belt, idler pulley, or the drum rollers. The only thing is I have no idea which it may be.

Any help would be extremely helpful. Thank you!

Have you tried to unplug the unit for 2-3 minutes or turned it off by the circuit breaker? Also, did the unit display any error codes?

Thanks for the response! No error codes are displayed, it simply keeps going as if nothing were wrong. I have unplugged and plugged it back in a few times already and that doesn't work. Same goes for the circuit breaker, I have turned it off and on again and it doesn't seem to make a difference.
