I bought a washer and dryer in October 2019. I had a load in the dryer overnight. This morning I went to switch the laundry and shut the door lightly. I heard a odd noise so I opened it and glass shattered all over the place. I have never had this happen but then again never bad samsung brand before. How the heck did it happen? And how can I get it fixed? These are not old at all and very expensive so it is very frustrating. Please help.
