We have a stacked Samsung dryer that was purchased just a little over 3 years ago. Suddenly it is making a lot of noise during any drying cycle and we had our appliance guy take a look and without taking it apart, he has told us that the rollers in the drum are causing the noise. My understanding is that to repair the rollers, the entire unit needs to be taken apart. Given that it is sitting on top of our washer , just getting it down off the top of the washer to be worked on will be a major job to accomplish. Very disappointed in what was your top of the line dryer at the time. Any advice will be appreciated.
I understand how frustrating this is. Please send the full model and serial numbers to this PM Link, and I will be happy to look in to your case.
