hello @usereI68pFuQp8 Just following up because I noticed your issue is not marked as resolved. Do you still need assistance? If you found a resolution please included it so others with similar issue can find the resolution. If so follow up with the moderator in private message.
My dryer will not stop running/turn off. I have unplugged. When I plug it back it in still runs. Only way to stop the dryer is to leave dryer door open.
Model No. DVE50M7450W/A3
1. Make sure that the 3-hr Air-fluff/Wrinkle Prevent option is not on.
2. Run a light load of clothing. Does it heat?
If the unit does not cut off and runs continuously unplug the unit for about 5 minutes and plug back in if it’s turning then we need more details about if the unit is heating or not.
Please feel free to send me a private message with your full serial number. http://bit.ly/2tCGnGK
Unplugged for over 30 minutes and dryer still runs. Is not on the air fluff/wrinkle prevent setting. Heat is working. Serial number: <Serial Number> Model#: DVE5OM7450W/A3
UPDATE: Just tried to dry a load of wet clothes and heat is NOT working.
I purchased my home in November and am just learning about Samsung Dryers.
I have identified which hook up it is on my main circuit board on top of the machine that controls the tumbler function. However, just like many others have posted, my dryer will not stop turning while blowing cold air unless the door is open or my machine is unplugged. I have unplugged all connections on this circuit board to reset it but that did nothing. Please help!
My Dryer info is:
Model # - DVE50M7450W/A3
Ser. No. -<HIDDEN>
Our dryer keep spinning and won't shut off unless I open the door or unplug/cut power. This seems to be a common problem but didn't find the solution in the other posts. Please advise how we can fix this.
Thanks in advance,
