Exploding washer glass

The glass on our Samsung front loading washer EXPLODED last night (Dec 10 2023), spreading shards of glass across our laundry room. The washer, which we bought new from Lowe's in May 2021, wasn't even ON when this happened. We are counting our blessings that none of our small grandchildren or pets were in the room at the time.

I look forward to hearing from Samsung as to how they will remedy this very dangerous situation.
