Got all new Samsung appliances 16 months ago because we had a baby on the way and thought it'd be nice to have new reliable appliances. We'll a few months ago right outside of warranty my Samsung front load washer sounds like it's taking off for flight during spin cycle.

Tried to get some one on the support page but it's all bots and it just gave links to trouble shooting articles or directed me to schedule paid support to come out.

Awesome to be looking forward to paying a repair bill or getting new appliance while caring for our new baby.

I find that older washers are the best, I have a newer Samsung and its junk, but I have a 20 year old washer that works great

That jet engine noise in the spin cycle is usually from worn bearings or shock absorbers,  try re-leveling the washer or balancing the load. sometimes, itā€™s an easy fix.

Is there a way to tell which one is bad - shock absorbers vs bearings?  Don't suppose you'd have the part numbers on hand by chance? šŸ™‚
