have a FlexWash WV60M9900AV/A5. The washer will not enter spin mode and it will not complete calibration. Hoping for some help as I’m quite irritated - warranty company won’t service my washer even though they’re Samsung trained and fixed it about 2 years ago.

I had the inner bearing in my lower washer break and leak grease down the motor’s copper winding and rotor. The spin cycle wouldn’t run. The rear tub with the new bearings were replaced.

Diagnostic tests runs without errors. I’ve replaced the hall sensor, door lock, and mems (vibration) sensor.

Spin cycle still won’t run. It starts at 12 minutes, rotates slowly in both directions, goes to 11 minutes, and appears to freeze. I let it sit overnight and no progress.

i run the calibration test. It locks the door a couple times, the LCD shows animations, and then the animation stops and nothing happens. The drum never spins. You can see what I mean in this image here. https://1drv.ms/u/s!AlMclZAnJK0yzhzmbJPTDl8IPamL

Similar happens when I run a normal wash. The LCD makes little circles in the beginning and then freezes at 50-ish minutes.

Any ideas? To say I’m upset is an understatement. The washer is only 3 years old.
