Flexwasher 1dc4 error won't clear

Have a WV55M9600AV/A5 washer. Been fine for the last year. Yesterday started showing 1DC4 error on the top washer and won't clear. Tried unplugging, no change. Checked "rubber button next to the latch", it's present. Pressed the button in the lid myself, didn't fix it. Door is definitely closed, but the error won’t clear. What’s the next step?

Hi there I am also having the same issue as desribed by the first person. Washer is also a WV55M9600AV/A5, left unplugged for a day no change. The button next to the latch is present, I click the door shut and make sure the top lid is closed as well. Can you provide the link so i can send you my serial number.

Hi - I am also having the same issue as desribed.  Upper washer on the Flex machine throws error code 1dC4 and wont clear even though door click shut correctly.  Washer is a WV60M9900A*.   The button next to the latch is present, I click the door shut and make sure the top lid is closed as well.
