Washers and DryersI just bought the new washer. It's missing the aqua pebble. How can I use top washer without it? If not suggested, how can I get an aqua pebble. I bought washer from Best Buy, but they can't help me. Suggested I reach out to Samsung instead.

Washers and DryersIn order for you to receive your aqua pebble under warranty, you will need to send a private message to any of the moderators with the following information:
-Full model and serial number
-Photo of your bill of sale
If the unit is out of warranty, feel free to reach out to our part distributor, J & J Parts, at 1-800-627-4368 or visit samsungparts.com to purchase any parts.

Washers and DryersSame here. I've been reading that it's available on samsungparts.com but don't see it there. Does anyone know the part #?

Washers and DryersI found it. Its labeled as something else. Search by model number of the washer, then look through all the parts. But it's $17, not including ship and taxes. It should have been included in original purchase. I'm going to ask samsung to send me one or make Best Buy pay for it.
