Front End Washer Makes Small Buzz Unable to Fill Drain or Spin

2018 Samsung VRT front end washer.

 

After longer than typical wash cycle the clothes are soaking wet.  

 

The bracket assembly on the back of drum doesn't appear loose.  Played with drain hose. Cleaned the catch filter.

 

Tried several different cycles and same noise.

Washer was serviced today.  Turns out there was a sock behind debris filter sitting in the black rubber hose.
