Washers and Dryers

Hi all,

I have a Samsung washer and dryer that are about 10 years old. Maybe a little less. My heating element in the dryer is continuously burning out. I have ensured my vent is clean and I have good air flow, I have replaced all the sensors for the element and air flow, and I have changed the supplier of who I order my parts from. My element will last anywhere from a month to 4 months before it burns out and I have to tear it apart and replace it.

I’m at a loss for what to do. I don’t want to buy a new one right now, but will do what I have to do. As far as I can tell, everything works great with the exception of needing to regularly replace the heating element.

I will be happy to look in to this issue for you. Can you please provide the model and serial numbers for the dryer?
