I have a Samsung front loading washing machine that has been making a fairly loud clicking noise. I think it might be related to the drainage tube but I am not certain. I’ve included a video with sound with the hope that someone with more experience can help and maybe point me in the direction of a solution. I’d rather not have to have the machine serviced if it’s avoidable.
Hi @mmmllrrr, Thank you for reaching out! The first thing that I could think to check would be the spacing around the unit. We suggest at least an inch of space around the unit, so it could potentially be attributed to the hoses and what-not on the back of the machine. If you're willing to provide the model number of the washer, we can happily look into additional troubleshooting specific to your unit.
