Hi. I stay in Singapore but I believe auto dispense feature should be the same here and in US.
Can i check how much detergent your auto dose feature dispenses each wash. I've had my machine fora month and yet to top up detergent in my auto dispense tray. On the other hand, the softener needs to be topped up almost every week. I wash clothes almost every day.
I did a factory reset, changed the dose per wash for detergent to high and cleaned out the auto dispense tray and recess as well. Still using very little detergent each wash. How much does your washer dispense and how often does your machine prompt you that detergent is low?
