I purchased the Bespoke All In One washer/dryer combo before the riser was released. Since then, I’ve bought the riser. The riser is crucial for me because of a medical condition that makes bending to do laundry extremely painful. However, I’ve been unable to get the riser installed.
I was surprised that Samsung didn’t provide installation for this item. I’m very disappointed. Since Samsung didn’t have the riser available when they released the washer/dryer combo, they should have been more helpful and offered installation to those who purchased the combo before the riser was released. After a very long, painful phone call with Samsung’s customer service, where I was transferred from department to department, they suggested that I try an appliance moving company for installation. Eventually, they provided a couple of options, but to no avail. UGH!
