Hello I have just purchased a new washer and dryer from Samsung and in order to get approval for financing I have to enter my current address and was not able to change when making the purchase the chat rep told me he/she would be able to do it after I place my order but then it couldn't and redirected me to another chat channel and was told to change my address for TD Bank which I call and took forever to get an agent in the phone, but they cannot do anything until I get my card, the appliances will get delivered to my old address and the only way to avoid seems to be cancellation of the order.
Does anyone know a workaround?
I really wanted this washer and dryer?
