I've changed my internet provider, I've tried numerous times to get the washer connected to my current password and it says "unable to find washer Samsung. Connection failed"
I know it's the correct password.
Can anyone throw some light on this please

Hi thank you for your reply...for some reason it decided to connect and let me put the password in to reconnect it...dont ask me why....

Have you tried using a shorter password without special characters? Often, routers will allow you to set up a guest account if you want to use a separate password.
