My Samsung electric dryer model # DVE45T6200 WA3 has an error code : 3C ( no heat )

Do I have to call someone to clean duct vent completely before I call tech repair?

My Samsung dryer is only 5 years old. No heating with error 3 C.

It could be the heating element or transitor that needs to be replaced i maintenence tech 98% time it is the the heating element or transistor that goes from my experience i would definitly see if the ducks are clogged first then move on to the parts I mentioned above

I will call the company to clean out duct vent first, then I will arrange the tech repair to replace the heating element.

@Members_YTDKo2m When was the last time that you cleaned the duct vent all the way from the back of the machine to the outside of you house? The recommendation is to clean it once a year. 

If you have service come out and work on your dryer and you haven't cleaned the entire vent, they may not give you any warranty on their work.
