Hello I have a Samsung WF45K6500AV/A2 front loading washer and it suddenly stopped filling with water from one day to the next. It is not displaying any error codes. So far this is what I have done:
Disconnected hot and cold hoses and ran them in a bucket to make sure it was not a water supply issue, all fine. I also pulled out the filters to make sure they were clean and both are fine.
Had a repair guy come by he changed the inlet valves no difference. He then changed the pcb board and still no difference. Didn't charge since he couldn't fix it.
Did a little troubleshooting on the inlet valves all have a resistance of about 1300 ohms across their terminals with no power connected. Once I turn power on and turn on a cycle all the terminals are getting 110V after a few seconds.
I changed the water level pressure switch but still no water.
I may have to call another repair person that hopefully is more knowledgeable unless anyone has any ideas of what else to try? TIA
Call a new repair person, I would strongly recommend focusing on the dispenser assembly and carefully re-examining the wiring to the valves. Sometimes, even with voltage present, a poor connection can prevent the solenoid from fully opening. Good luck!
