I have a front load washer model WF431ABP/XAA that made a loud bang almost at the end of spinning cycle. Light smoke and burnt rubber smell and stopped the spin cycle.
i had a technician come to see it and he seems to think everything is fine, so I tried it again. I reduced the spin speed Everything was fine until the last spin cycle. It did the loud noise again. Almost like the drum breaks off .
