Residus deposit on clothes

Good day

After only two years, wer're starting to have problems with our top load washer model WA45T3400AVA4. We have owned a Samsung front load washer and dryer for more then 14 years without no issues at all. When we purchased our old machines we took the extended waranty that we never ended-up never using. So this time around we decided not to puchase the extended warranty  since we had such a prositive experience and confidence with the brand name.

Within one month of using our new washer,  we started having residus on our clothes after a washing cycle. Since it was not that bad, we only did the cleaning cycle and it went away for a period time. But now it's getting worst even if we  do a cleaning cycle. For the last two months the issue is not being resolved with cleaning cycle and it's happening on every washing cycle. I have communicated with Samsung Canada and unfortunatly I was told that the machine is no longer under warranty and Samsung can not do anything. Has anyone here can help me out.

Do not over load and keep this washing machine in enclose area that doesn't get wet or outside exposed specially rainy season. In short explanations is know and understand and built-in capabilities of this man made washing machine, while all of them as far as I understand is like a super hard working human cleaner in a push of a button will help us cleaning, washing our own clothes weekends short time companions but even they are a machinery, like hard working human needs a maintenance and a proper care of it to make them built for us in a lifetime.
