@userWdd2Aoj0oI The next step would be service. You can find a repair center using the following link:  http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location

Is there anything I can check from home or try to fix myself?

Regretfully the mods here are not certified technicians, therefore, we are not qualified to offer parts suggestions.

Had same problem as everyone else.  Stopped spinning, buzz noise every few seconds.  Mine drained, then nothing...so I knew it wasn't pump.  I disconnected everything, laid it down on its front.  There are a blue and red wire connected to bottom of drum, my red wire broke loose.  I crimped it back on connector....solved.

Re: SAMSUNG WASHER SPIN CYCLE NOT DOING ITS JOB

JUMP TO SOLUTION

Got a 2013 wf393btpawr, since a month it started doing the no ending spin cycle... (13min to 6 min back to 13min)

Since i had no code didnt know what to do... didnt want to call a technician... after all i have read here...

So ive tried the calibration, checked the filter...

Finnally the ziptied does the trick for me.... disconnected the washing machine, removed the back panel, ziptied the little plastic piece with the wires on the metal plate,  reconnected and no probs since...

Keep my fingers crossed
