My Samsung FlexWash lower washing machine won't power on and won't unlock door. The upper washing machine is fine.

I'm sorry to hear that, how long have you had this washer? Also, does this occur after power cycling the washer?

I have the same issue for my 2-year-old washer. The washer stuck in the middle of washing process (around 50~55 minutes remaining). No response pressing any button, except the power button turned the lower washer off and never able to turn on again, door is locked. Upper washer is still working fine though.

What do you mean by “power cycling”?

By power cycling, we're asking if you have either unplugged the washer or flipped the circuit breaker off for a few minutes? Sometimes a soft reset like that can correct the issue.
