I've watched videos, held down temp button to see if there is an error code and there is not. It fills with water, does the cycle but doesn not drain. I brought out the level and it is level. I cut the drain hose so only 6 inches are in the drain. I've checked the wires and connectors under the washer and all look perfect. I purchased Feb, 2019. Please assist👍

If a cycle with hot water temperature settings (such as Pure Cycle or Sanitize) was run recently, the water in the washer may be very hot. Allow approximately one hour for the water to cool before performing this procedure to avoid possible injury.
Do not remove the screw on the back of the washer that holds the drain hose against the washer. If the screw has been removed, screw it and the holder back in with any screw that fits. If the holder is missing, service is required.
Turn off the washer and check the level.
If the washer isn't level it may not drain correctly. Make sure your washer is level.
Inspect the drain hose.
Incorrect drain hose installation is the most common reason for drain issues, and service is rarely required. For more information, the full installation instructions are available in the user manual.
Verify the drain hose:
Clean the pump filter (front loaders only).
Clean the pump filter periodically to improve cleaning performance and help prevent odors. A clogged debris filter reduces the effectiveness of the draining system.
Turn the washer back on and start a cycle.
The washer should drain at the beginning of the test cycle. If it does not, this will require service.
If the troubleshooting steps did not help above then you have a couple of options based on your warranty.
- If your unit was recently purchased, you can check with your retailer on their return/exchange processes.
- If you have an extended warranty you can reach out to them to have service set up.
- If you're within the one year warranty, you can Private message me or one of our moderators with your full model and serial number to have service setup
- If you're OUT of warranty, you can use this link below to find a service center in your area.
