I have a Samsung WF431/XAA front load washer and lately I noticed that the clothes were still pretty wet when the load was finished.  After some investigating the high speed spin cycle starts for about a minute before it immediately stops due to an increasing loud knocking and out of sync drum.  I've replaced the four shocks and still the problem exists.  After the spin cycle is stopped, and the door is opened there is a rubber burning smell along with some smoke that comes out of the drum.  Any suggestions are welcome.
