Good morning, I just wanted to follow up with you to see if you've been able to schedule service?
I can see that no one has found a solution to the mold buildup that appears after every wash no matter how much you clean or what cleaning products you use. Are there any recalls for WA48J7700A or class action lawsuits? The mold is what’s been making us sick and I’m going to file a complaint with the BBB.

Same issue and have tried "Pure Clean" cycle several times with no effect. We're really tired of picking these mold flecks off our clean clothes and some have even stained the clothes in spots.

I have the same model and still no resolution from Samsung.

It sounds like the unit is not able to drain properly. I would recommend inspecting the drain hose first. Check the hose •Is not inserted more than 6 inches into the standpipe/sink and is not kinked, bent, or damaged. Also, do you have a drain hose extension kit on the hose?
