Samsung Washer Not Completing Cycle

Washers and Dryers

The normal setting of 45 minutes has been taking longer. A periodic 3C code shows. Unlocks and stops at 35min left. 26 min left. Push start go a bit more then stops. Have turned off machine and restarted, runs normal, then throws 3C. Check hose for blockage-none. Currently have rotor and stator off, planning to check stator static resistance. I do not have clear direction on which part to chase as the problem.

Hello! I completely understand your frustration with the washer not completing a cycle. I'll be more than delighted to assist with this issue. If your washer is a front load machine. There is a pump filter on the front of the machine located in the bottom left or right-hand corner. Once you open the door of the filter begin to drain that hose. Once all water is out close it back up and try starting the cycle again.
