My samsung washer's glass on the door broke. It is a front load washer and I have warranty. I uploaded a receipt on my account for both before and when I opened it back up the dryer is under warranty but the washer isn't so I had to upload the receipt again on the washer but it is taking days. It's still under review. I need my washer fixed asap because I'm washing my clothes at the laundromat and wasting money! I can't believe the glass just randomly broke after only having it for months! This is ridiculous and costumer service isn't helping until I get that warranty review done. I will never purchase a Samsung product again unless this gets fixed soon!
