Samsung front load washer (WF42H5200AW A2) takes a very long time to finish a normal cycle

JUMP TO SOLUTION

We purchased a Samsung front load washer (Model #: WF42H5200AW/A2, SN:<hidden>at the end of 2016 and it worked well until last month. It took a very long time to finish any washing cycle. We cleaned the water hose filters as the following thread recommended but it did not fix the issue.

We observed that the washer took 2~3 hours at the "rinse" stage, kept repeating the cycle of "spinning ==> draining ==> waiting" without moving forward.

Any recommendation is highly appreciated. Thank you very much.

JUMP TO SOLUTION

I recalibrated the washer by following the instruction. The cycle time of a normal run reduced to 1.5 hours, which seems to be back to normal. Thank you very much for pointing me out. Now the issue has been solved.

Hey there! I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. Has it shown you any error codes? Have you recalibrated the washer after cleaning the filter?
