After talking to their support teams I thought I figured out how to reconnect washer to network. It worked for a week and disconnected again. Previous solution did not work this time. Their system for connecting the washer is really bad I have had no problem with dryer staying connected. I work in IT and have tried everything. Even giving it a static IP.
