WA422PRHDWR/AA Washer Scraping Noise

My WA422PRHDWR/AA washer is making a scraping noise, particularly when I start a wash cycle. Looks like I have a 10 year limited warranty on the device. Does anyone have any advice as to what it could be, or how I could go about having a Samsung tech take a look at it? Thanks!
