My Samsung washer model# WF45T6000AW/A5 has a noise during the spin cycle. This machin is 1.5 years old. I've spoke with Samsung about it. We done diagnostics on it and they've even connected to my phone's camera so they could see and hear what is going on. They sent out this "certified" repair company 3 times, replaced the shocks. And have tested on the rinse and spin cycle and says it runs great. That guy (and my husband) must be dead, because it's still making the same noise. Samsung also helped me calibrate it, still making the noise.

Banging noise comes from a couple things first putting too many clothes or towels in at a time .when wet it's extremely heavy so if this is off balance meaning there's more on one side than the other when it starts to spin the weighted size causes the drum to move extending causing it to expand to the Max and bounces back over and over essentially hitting every time. the next thing that causes noise if you have anything with buttons especially metal button Levi pants coins in the pocket Etc can Bounce Around the drum when spinning. So what you can do is never overload follow the exact specs listed in your manual also make sure when you load your washing machine you balance the clothes out Distributing them evenly in a circle if you have a front load washer lay the clothes evenly on the bottom portion flattening them out so when it begins to spin they can stay level as much as possible. and then of course making sure everything's out of the pockets no coins are in the drum or any metal. You might try running it empty and see if you hear the same noise if you do then you likely have a problem

I fill it 3/4 full. And it looks balanced to me. The noise is much more than would be for snaps or buttons.

It's a long video, but if you go to about 4 min 35 secs you'll start hearing the noise, then at 10 min 45 secs, it's done spinning.
