We have had this washer (WF457ARGSGR/A2) for several years, lately the LCD screen seems to only respond intermittently and on a small area of the screen. This makes it very challenging when we want to change washer settings. Since it is the upper area of the screen that is responsive, cannot select the 'pure' cycle that should run periodically. We thought about using the app but can't get to the settings area to update our WIFI network and password as they changed a couple of years ago and we never updated the washer.
