I recently purchased the Washer and Dryer Laundry Hub (WH46DBH100G) station. The unit was delivered, but the installer informed me that it is missing the gas connection box that normally comes with the order. This new unit is meant to replace my existing GE washer and gas dryer. The installer said he couldn't use the old connection and a new gas connection box is required. As a result, they only hooked up the washer and created a work order to return once the new connection box is available.

The delivery and installation company advised me to contact Samsung for the missing part. However, I've been trying to reach Samsung through various channels (chat, phone) without success. They keep transferring me from one department to another (order support, product support, warranty, etc.), and no one seems to know what to do.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience with Samsung so far. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? What was the resolution, or do you have any advice?
